I dentifying Hindi sentences in the ‘Present Perfect Tense’: In this tense, Hindi sentences end with phrases like *chuka hai, chuki hai, chuke hain* or *ya hai, yi hai, yen hain, ee hai*, etc. For example: (i)       I have finished my work. (ii)      We have just reached home. (iii)     They have not done anything wrong. (iv)     The students have reached their classes. (v)      I have not had breakfast yet. In the sentences above, you can see that they all exhibit the characteristics of the Present Perfect Tense. That covers identification.
